It’s the first day of spring, and that gets me ALL sorts of excited for warm weather and outdoor activities 😍
I feel like this photo really captures my essence, whatever that means. S/O to @emilybriannephotography for this 🔥 shot. 😂
Okay, so shooting musicians is officially the best thing I’ve ever done. Such an honor to hang out with the badass @lvdy.music duo (@aubrey_mable & @kathleenhooper) all day and capture their process before a show. I am so so excited to work on some vids with these guys and get them to your eyeballs. Also, can we talk about how @kathleenhooper SLAYED during sound check?? These guys are going somewhere, that’s for damn sure!
First time snowboarding in the mountains 🤘
Learning that I can’t drink like I used to... and that hanging with @heyerrrn is always a good idea. But the next day will probably suck 😝
You can’t win ‘em all… My favorite part of any story is when the character overcomes their struggle. It’s not fun to go through the failure, but it’s necessary in order to succeed.
Finally got out on the mountain! I may have bruised ribs, butt, and ego... but dang it was fun. Well maybe not the falling part. That was just exhausting. Snowboarding for the first time since I was a kid was definitely humbling. It’s been a while since I’ve worked that hard to learn something new, and I miss that feeling. Knowing you’re going to fall, and having to get back up knowing you’ll fall again. But I managed a few good runs, so I’ll call it a win. If you need me, I’ll be in the hot tub until I can move my body again...
I started making videos because I love capturing a moment and turning it into a memory. I remember my first video (it was from a Fun Night in high school and I used the song “Magic” by B.o.B.)… it was terrible, absolutely terrible. But I remember sitting down and watching it over and over again with my friends because we kept laughing and reminiscing about things that happened that night. • To me, a camera allows me to bring these stories to life. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience SO many amazing things, and I’ve gotten to share them with people who may not ever get to experience it for themselves. • Helping people remember the amazing times, letting brands explain why they do what they do, showing off amazing cities and cultures around the world… that’s why I create. What’s your why?
Are Monday’s for the dreamers or the doers? Probably both depending on where you’re at on your journey. 🤷♀️ • For me, Monday’s are full of possibility but balanced with a usually heavy to-do list (the Libra in me needs the balance ♎️). • And if you didn’t know, one of my biggest dreams has always been to buy a van and slow travel around North America 😉 What’s your biggest dream and what are you doing to get closer to it?
